1. How long are shipping times?
Orders placed before noon (EST) Monday – Friday will be fulfilled the same day. (holidays recognized) 
COVID-19 UPDATE: Most orders will ship within 24 business hours. Carriers, however, have been experiencing delays and delivery may take 3-7 business days.

  1. What's your return policy?

Right now, for the safety of you and our warehouse, we are not accepting returns. This means that all sales here are final.

Within 7 days of your delivery, if your item is defective or incorrect (i.e. an error on our part) please do let us know and we will send you a replacement.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
